  1. Yes, otherwise there is so much to hold us back and bring us down...and we worry too much as it is. So instead we must use it to grow and be better equipped for the bright future ahead( :

  7. This blog is... how should I say it.. Wonderfully heartbreaking, soft and sensitive but still so very teary-eyed, happy yet wise? :)
Thank you for this particular post... almost made me cry even though i just recovered from one other cry.

  8. I think the moment you commit to letting go, to surrendering to whatever course your life is taking, is the moment you begin to truly have a relationship with yourself.

I love your blog. It is the perfect combination of sweet and tough, feminine and edgy.

  11. It has been 10 months since I lost my first true love and I am still in the process of letting go. I will never forget him but I can't keep dwelling in his memory. Thank you for reminding me this morning that it is time to let go!

  15. When we are ready it is possible. I started to do an exercise when I was on this process with my ex-boyfriend:
when you remember the person, the good or bad memories, just mentalize and send good energy for him/her, then forget about it. Little by little you start to let it go and be open to life.

  16. for me it really hard to let go if u truly love the person.but if not worth out u need to let go..letting go is the most hardest thing to do in a person who truly feel the love.holding on for the memories that it will never be the same as before.loving someone is the most great feeling but u need to let go..ilove you mahal but its tym to let go...
