im stuck in the same cycle too! He treated me like a piece of sh*t the other day, just texted me a bunch of hateful stuff out of the blue. I have my friends as "sponsors" to remind me not go back to him & not respond to his texts. Now he's apologizing, but I know the cycle's gonna start again after we make up. But a small part of me wants to go back to him & just talk to him.
