OMG. I hope that these are real people! I'm not kidding but this is exactly the same kind of relationship i'm in: I'm black and my boyfriend is korean.
This was posted one month after my Korean boyfriend and I got together. We only made it 6 months because he didn't love me. The fact that my story happened in Brooklyn like their's did, and that he looks similar to person I loved, make this movie far more poignant than I would care for it to be.
