    I did something like this and i gave them to my boyfriend on our 6th month
    i made 52 hearts and wrote little notes in them telling why i love him and more.
    he was thrilled!

  12. I did something like this for my boyfriend, except on every heart I wrote a reason why I love him. (and there were 101 reasons instead of just 100). It was great, and he was extremely touched :)

I did something a little similar for the man I love ... things were complicated in the early stages of our relationship and we never really had an anniversery or day that would be pin pointed as the day everything began. So I made paper hearts, one for everyday I had ever known him and dated each one ... we're engaged now and I plan on handing over the box full of those little paper hearts on our wedding day
